“Copyright”

Each participant must have a LEGAL COPY of the pattern or book being used in the class.  Due to copyright laws, we do require that the book or pattern for the class be purchased through the RSLC as a requirement for participation.  The RSLC supports any and all efforts to be compliant with copyright laws and will not support anyone either knowingly or unknowingly breaking the law.  RSLC will not be party to anyone attempting to challenge whether they can, or can encourage others, to get away with non-compliance.  This includes offering or seeking to share non-compliant material while on the premises.  Please refer to the Australian Copyright Handbook at:  https://www.communications.gov.au/documents/short-guide-copyright

PLEASE NOTE: Our 2019 Program Policy is available on the A Couple of Quilters website and it is assumed you have read, accept the requirements and agree to abide by these when you submit your expression of interest.

We NOW urge those who have mentioned, spoke of or indicated their interest to submit their expression of interest (via email to ripleysewing@gmail.com) in these two programs. Once these expressions of interest have been assessed by the facilitators and management of RSLC successful participants will be informed at which time the respective deposit will need to be paid.

Until next time we chat we wish you a safe and enjoyable day.
